Bisexual Comic Andy Dick Faces Trial on Crotch Grabbing Incident

Andy Dick the bisexual comedian from the TV show  News Radio, is going to face a trial next Jan. 17 in West Virginia after an incident where he supposedly grabbed two men's crotches at a nightclub and tried to kiss them. The sexual assault charges are felony counts.

Judge Paul Farrell ordered that Dick have a urine test, and Dick said he was sober after being in a rehab center.

Dick is accused of grabbing the genitals of a bouncer at a nightclub in January and kissing a male attendee at the Huntington, W.V. bar where he was performing.

This is only one part of a series of charges of the 45-year-old Dick has been dealing with lately. Dick was performing at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and the manager, Tom Schaefer, posted Dick's bail and he performed for two nights after the arrest. The two counts of sexual abuse could carry a maximum five years in prison penalty.

In Texas, a man is filed a suit against Dick saying he exposed his genitals at a club in Dallas.

In 2008, Dick pleaded guilty to marijuana possession and misdemeanor battery charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old girl's tank top and bra in Murrieta, California.

In January, he was thrown out of the annual Adult Video News adult movie awards ceremony in Las Vegas for stalking and groping actress Tera Patrick and gay porn director Chi Chi LaRue.
