If you're tired of the same old whiskey and bar bands maybe a little white knuckle heart pounding slobber spitting bull action is what you need. The Oneonta Agri-Business center (approximately 30 minutes out of downtown Birmingham) will be holding it's annual Challenge Of The Super Bulls bull riding event this weekend, Feb. 8 & 9, 2013.
It's difficult to understand what goes through the mind of a man who would attempt to ride a mean spirited, hot tempered, slobbering 1000 pound beast who wants nothing more than to throw the rider from his back....but it sure is fun to watch. So if you're tired of the usual whiskey and bar band scene take a short ride out of town this weekend and get your fill of the white knuckled adrenaline that can only be found in this environment.
CHALLENGE OF THE SUPER BULLS: This two-night event at the Blount County-Oneonta Agri-Business Center will be held on February 8 & 9, 2013. Gate opens at 5:30 p.m. each evening with the show begins at 8:00 p.m. Challenge of the super bulls will be broadcast live on WCRL 95.3 FM and 1570 AM locally. So if you can't make it out just tune in your radio to get your bull riding fix.
