2K Games and Irrational Games announced today that they are already working on three packs of downloadable content for the yet to be released BioShock Infinite. The three add-ons will add hours of additional gameplay to the campaign and include new characters, weapons, and abilities.
Gamers will be able to download the BioShock Infinite Season Pass on the same day the game comes out - March 26th, 2013. Priced at 1,600 Microsoft Points ($19.99), the season pass will give gamers access to all three DLC packs at a discounted rate of over 30%.
Purchasing the Season Pass will also earn you the Early Bird Special Pack which includes four pieces of gear: a Machine Gun Damage Upgrade, a Pistol Damage Upgrade, a gold skin for both weapons, and five Infusion bottles that allow players to increase their health, durability, and the quantity of Salts they can carry.
BioShock Infinite will be available for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
