‘Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode 2’ release date announced

Irrational Games along with 2K have announced the release date for Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode 2. According to a report by Polygon from Feb. 5, the second episode of Burial at Sea will be available for digital purchase on Mar. 25 for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

Burial at Sea – Episode 2 will finish the Burial at Sea story as players take control of Elizabeth as she continues to investigate the underwater haven known as Rapture. Burial at Sea – Episode 2 will have new weapons, game modes, and will feature stealth sections.

“In Burial at Sea – Episode Two, we are delivering a story that involves nearly every major character from the original BioShock and BioShock Infinite,” said Ken Levine, creative director of Irrational Games. “It is a story that will give gamers a new perspective on the BioShock universe and conclude the story of BioShock Infinite and Burial at Sea.”

In terms of game length, Levine disclosed on Twitter that those looking to get the most out of Burial at Sea – Episode 2 will get around five to six hours of gameplay value. Find a complete description of Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode 2 below:

BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode Two can be purchased as part of the BioShock Infinite Season Pass, which is priced at $19.99. The Season Pass, which is available for purchase via online marketplaces on all available platforms, contains over $35 of playable content in three add-on packs for $19.99, including both Burial at Sea episodes, the previously released Clash in the Clouds add-on pack, as well as the Early Bird Special Pack that has powerful weapon upgrades, exclusive gold weapon skins and infusion bottles to upgrade player abilities. BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode 2 can also be purchased separately for $14.99.

Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode 2 will be available on Mar. 25 for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
