If you had to guess which were the hottest and most searched for musicians in 2013, you could probably name them yourself. But each year Bing gives the world the real stats so that there can be no dispute or opinion. Remember, this isn't about who is "best." It's about the most searched for.

Most Searched Person: Beyoncé continues her reign as the queen of pop— she’s the most-searched person on Bing in 2013. Beyoncé bumped Kim Kardashian off of the top spot this year, who came in as the second most searched person of the year. And rounding out the top three was “Diamonds” singer, Rihanna. Taylor Swift was bumped out to the number 4 spot.

Most Searched Musician: Queen B, Beyoncé leads the pack, whether it’s her lip-synching debacle, fierce faces, great singing, or daughter Ivy Blue. The runner up for most searched musician of 2013, is power vocalist Rihanna coming in second. America’s country sweetheart, Taylor Swift, rounds out the top three. It’s the only way you can be together.

Most Searched Song: The money-saving ways of rap team Macklemore & Ryan Lewis stormed America, making “Thrift Shop” the most searched song of 2013. Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” stirred controversy at number 2. And “Stay” singer Rihanna stays in the top 3.

Where does controversial Miley Cyrus rank? She came in like a wrecking ball in Australia and Canada where she is the number 1 most searched for celebrity.

Each year, Bing takes a look back at all the people, events, news, memes and more that made this year memorable. To get their results, Bing analyzed the billions of searches that took place on Bing.com throughout the year. See the full report at www.BingTrends.com. Check out the slideshow.
