Tonight we will be looking at a few events that are going on and just finished up this past weekend.
-The Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic is kicking off this week. There will be a Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic PRO-AM tomorrow at the Fallen Oaks Golf Course just north of Biloxi MS.
Weather for this event will be Cloudy in the morning with strong Northeast wind around 20mph and temps near 55F. By the afternoon it will become partly cloudy and the winds will decrease to around 7-12mph as temps warm to near 66F. A nice day on the course.

In Hockey the Mississippi Surge (23-23-8) are locked in for a playoff birth this year as the season is coming to an end. They are currently the #7 seed as of March 19. They will be skating out on the ice again on March 22 at the Coast Cols. tip off is at 7PM, they will be playing against the #1 Louisiana Ice Gators (34-15-5).

Now on to basketball the Gulf Coast Flash won there first round playoff game over the Jackson Showboats 144-114, allowing them to advance on to the 2nd Round.

Next we move on to the Gulf Coast Threshers as they continue Spring Training here this past weekend, with their Season Opener slated for March 31. They will be taking on the Delisle Yellow Jackets.

Last on tonights roundup is the Mississippi Storm Soccer Team, they have been finishing up tryouts this past weekend in preperations for their season to also start early next month. The next big event they have scheduled is 3v3 soccer shootout at the Jackson County Soccer Complex on March 30.
