Harbor Conditions: Winds will be light less than 9mph and variable in direction, this will create waves less than 1ft pier-side. There will be isolated thunderstorms both afternoons, high temps will be in the upper 80's, while overnight lows fall into the lower 70's for both days. Look for winds to gust to near 30mph during thunderstorms, this could lead to small craft conditions during storms.
Way-Point 1 (The Sound): Partly cloudy conditions for Thursday will give way to isolated thunderstorms on Friday, winds will be less than 9mph and variable in direction, while seas remain around 1ft. Temps will be in the mid to upper 80's during the day and lower 70's at night for both Thursday and Friday.
Way-Point 2 (Ship Island): Thursday will be partly cloudy, look for a chance of thunderstorms by Friday, high temps will be in the upper 80's both days, while overnight lows will fall into the lower 70's, seas will be around 1ft with light winds.
Way-Point 3 (Northern Gulf): Partly cloudy skies for Thursday will give way to isolated thunderstorms on Friday, high temps will be in the mid to upper 80's both days, while overnight lows will fall into the mid 70's. Winds will be less than 10mph both days, while seas remain around 1ft.
Tropical Discussion: No activity in the Gulf of Mexico at this time, we are watching two areas over the tropical Atlantic for possible development, both systems at this time pose no threat to the Gulf or the MS Gulf Coast.
