According to the International Ski Federation website, Canadians finished first and second on home soil in World Cup moguls competitions Sunday.

In the men's moguls competition in Val St. Come, Quebec, Olympic champion Alexandre Bilodeau of Montreal won the gold medal with reigning world champion Mikael Kingsbury of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec placing second.

Bilodeau posted a score of 26.49 points with Kingsbury second at 25.66 points. The Canadians were followed by American Brad Wilson at 23.9 points. For Bilodeau, it was his third straight win after three straight silvers to start the year.

Meanwhile in ladies competition, Chloe Dufour-Lapointe recorded 23.79 points to beat out her sister Justine Dufour-Lapointe who scored 22.51 points. Japan's Junko Hoshino was third with 21.92 points.

It was Chloe's first win this year after Justine has won twice already this season. The Montreal sisters could be joined by sister Maxime at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi after Maxime won the bronze medal earlier this month in Deer Valley, Utah.

The four podium finishes for Canadian mogulists on Sunday are key because they have come less than three weeks from the start of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi.
