Billy Ray Cyrus trying to 'mend' relationship with Miley

Billy Ray Cyrus is finally talking about his controversial interview with GQ magazine. Billy Ray, whose daughter is teen superstar, Miley Cyrus, reveals that he is working on putting his family back together.

"It is very important to me to work on mending my family right now," Billy Ray told People Magazine. Cyrus, who filed for divorce from Miley's mother, Tish, last year reveals, "It is all a learning process, and we thank everyone for their support and respect of our privacy as we sort through very important family issues."

Rumors have been circulating about the Cyrus family since Billy Ray's GQ interview. In the March issue of the magazine, Cyrus reveals that he believes "Hannah Montana" ruined his family, and that Miley's recent behavior and current situation make him very "scared" for his daughter.

On a day when Billy Ray was supposed to be giving a live interview on "The View," he instead canceled the interview, allegedly due to Miley's request, and released his own statement instead. Can The Cyrus Family mend their seemingly broken home?
