Tickets are available at or through Billy Joel’s website. Normal prices run from $47.80 to 138.75. These prices include handling fees. Official Platinum Seats cost as much as $525 per seat, but the price buys a seat in the center rows on the floor.

The Palace at Auburn Hills will be the closest that Joel gets to Toledo. The next show where Joel will be close to northwest Ohio will come on April 1 when Joel plays Quicken Loan Arena in Cleveland.

Joel has already had a busy 2014. He started the New Year by singing “You May Be Right” on ABC. (You may see this performance in the video clip at the top of this article.) He also recently announced he will be playing Madison Square Garden every month if the fans want him. He played his first show in the Garden on Jan. 27. Also in 2014, he has played four shows in Florida, and one of those shows was in Jacksonville. If the Jacksonville show is similar to the one in Detroit, fans should expect 20 different songs. In Jacksonville, Joel started the show with “Miami 2017 (Seen the Lights Go Out on Broadway)” and wrapped it with “Only the Good Die Young”.

For this concert tour, songs may vary from venue to venue because Joel has such a large catalog to dip into for his concerts. His awards prove he has many hits. Joel has received numerous awards including six Grammy Awards. The first two came in 1978. “Just the Way You Are” won Record of the Year and Song of the Year. His last Grammy Award came in 1991 when he was given the Grammy Legend award. Between 1978 and the present, he has received 18 Grammy nominations. In addition to Grammy Awards, Joel has received over two dozen other awards including the American Music Awards- Award of Merit to the People’s Choice Award for Favorite Male Pop Performer.
