The advent of online billiard games as computer downloads and browser based games have brought some very good and graphical applications to people.  It would only be logical then as more people take their computing requirements mobile that programmers would find a way to service the needs and desires as well for this format.

Streaming television, movies, music and games are the four primary areas that entail the most usage of mobile devices.  With this being noted, the competition for better games is an ongoing process as each generation of device comes out for consumers.

Adikus is one of the many small companies that create and provide mobile games for PDA and especially iPhone users.  We will look today at their mobile billiards game which has become a standard because of its easibility and graphical interface.

Features:

Single-player or Two-player vs. iPhone or iPod Touch
8-Ball and 9-Ball games
Sound
Autosave game on exit
Easy cue direction and ball speed adjustment
Two ball sizes (16 and 18 pixels)
Fully customizable view and behavior

While the Adikus Pool game for mobile devices isn't as complex as standard pc and browser based computer games, it does stand out in its graphics, playability, and algorithm of programming.

You can find this game and others at their website:  Adikus Pool Application
