Billboard Gospel Albums chart: Sho Baraka tops the chart with latest album (Photos)

Sho Baraka debuts in the top spot on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart with “Talented 10th.” The album also debuted #5 on Christian Albums, #12 on Rap Albums, #16 Independent Albums and #108 on the Billboard 200.

Tamela Mann shifts to #2 with “Best Days” and Lecrae is #3 with “Gravity.” The "Joyful Noise" soundtrack takes the #4 spot and Montell Jordan’s “Shake Heaven” takes the fifth spot. The rankings were announced Wednesday, Jan, 23.

Larry Callahan & Selected of God move to #12 with “Evolution II,” Trip Lee’s ‘The Good Life” shifts to #21 and Vincent Tharpe & Kenosis' “Live in Memphis” move down to #30.

“Prank Phone Calls Volume 5” from Tommy Miles aka Nephew Tommy debuts at #8, “Light Records Unplugged “debuts #25 and “S.E.R.M.O.N.S.” from Creflo Dollar debuts #38. Chrystal Rucker re-enters the chart at #43 with ‘You Deserve” and Jessica Reedy re-enters at #47 with “From the Heart.”
