Yeah he'll pass out jello pops and the students will all go running back to those crappy schools.
Well poor management is the reason why kids dont go. A teacher once told me the principle at one of the schools was swearing at students over the PA to motivate kids to return to class. Since Detroit is so knee deep in embazzlement in all forms of government giving anything to the schools is pointless it will probubly just goto someones new car or house.
