It's that time of the year to start shining up the bike, gathering some friends, and joining in the fun on some great motorcycle events.
The listings are starting off with the 3rd Annual Bikers Against Road Rage Benefit which will be held on Saturday, March 23 beginning at 2:00 p.m. The venue will be Hanks Texas Grill in McKinney and in honor of the memory of Ernie and Elisa Santos.
As long time readers will recall, the Santos were riding home northbound on I-75 when they were hit by a car who had swerved to avoid hitting another car in a road rage situation. The Santos left two teenage daughters behind to grieve their memory.
For all of us that ride, too frequently we are witness to the erratic driving of "cagers" and preach the gospel of "Share the Road".

Next on the agenda is the 7th annual Rockers vs Mods which will take place Friday, April 5 through Sunday, April 7. Tickets are on sale for prices ranging from $10 to $35.

The 10th annual Mudbug Boogie is on the calendar for Saturday, April 13 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Boogie benefits Operation Homefront with proceeds helping Texas Military and their families. Reno's in Deep Ellum is hosting the event and The Old Bike Shop is orchestrating the Ride-In Bike Show. The bugs will be cooked up by Mes Amie Cajun Specialites so everyone is encouraged to come hungry!
Tickets are $15 pre-pay; $20 day of the event; ride-in bike show is $10 entry.
