The following is a list of the biggest upsets that occurred in college football in Week 4 of the 2013 season, which ended on September 21, 2013. The list is extremely short this week, as college football experienced one of its most form filled weeks ever, maybe the most form filled week ever.
Week 4 in the college football season in 2013 was filled with high scoring games in which heavily favored teams outscored their opponents by huge margins, certainly far more than enough to cover any spreads. Here's a quick list of the high scores recorded in Week 4, all by heavy favorites.
Teams who scored 70 or more points in Week 4 of 2013 college football season
- Miami Hurricanes - 77
The Miami Hurricanes were favored by 60 points over Savannah State, and they won game by a score of 77-7.

Biggest upsets in college football in Week 4 of the 2013 season
The Utah Utes went to Provo as a seven point underdog, but beat BYU by a score of 20-13. The win marked the fourth straight time that Utah has beaten in-state rival BYU. In a move that shows just how much the college football landscape has changed, BYU and Utah will not face each other in the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
The upset win by Utah over BYU is especially noteworthy in Week 4 of the college football season because it is the only real upset of any note that took place this week. I really cannot remember another week in college football when there were not at least a handful of upsets.
A lot of underdogs had leads in Week 4 late into some games, but in every case the favorite charged back to win the game, like Rutgers storming back from a 24-7 deficit to score two late touchdowns and beat Arkansas, 28-24, as a three point favorite.
