'Biggest Loser' winner Rachel Frederickson shocked viewers and her coaches when she appeared on the finale with an extremely thin 105 pound frame.

Frederickson spoke with US Magazine on Thursday April 3 share some insight on the sudden change.

The 24-year old actress joined the 'Biggest Loser' competition weighing 260 pounds and lost 155 pounds during the taping of the show.

"I've gone up about 20 pounds," I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

Frederickson’s excessive workouts and strict dieting was the result of the unhealthy drop in weight but the former athlete made the healthy choice to adopt a healthier routine and diet.

"I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," she shares. "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

The 'Biggest Loser' winner shared her plans to maintain a healthy weight and eating habits:

"We have monthly calls with the other contestants and the show psychologist," Frederickson explains to Us. "And our nutritionist is available 24/7. I'll call her from the farmers' market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'"
