For the first time, the elated winner of "The Biggest Loser" is finding herself the subject of a backlash, with many saying that Rachel Frederickson lost too much weight in going from a size 20 to a size zero, reported E Online on Feb. 5. She went from 260 pounds to 105 pounds.
When Rachel stepped on stage to reveal her shockingly thin frame and final weight, there were noticeable gasps of surprise.
However, Rachael insisted that her trainer Dolvett Quince felt only pride for her shocking transformation.
"Dolvett [Quince] said, 'You're a fighter and I saw it from you on day 1 and I brought it out, but you did it. You accomplished it. You fought, you fought and here's your life back. You fought for it,'" Rachael told Us Weekly in a Feb. 5 interview.

When viewers discovered that the 24-year-old voiceover artist (who won $250,000 during the live season 15 finale) had gone on an extreme weight loss program, they expressed concern on social media. Many noted that she's underweight for her size.

The other trainers, Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper, looked noticeably shocked. Both have authored diet books designed to produce steady weight loss rather than Dolvett's extreme method:
