Andrea the 24 year old from Ann Arbor,MI goes home with a 3 lb loss and a brand NEW 2010 Mazda 3! After winning the car in the key challenge, she said "I could write a song, I got a new caaar, I got a new caaar!"
Yes 2 cars were given away at the "find the key that fits" challenge. Contestants were running out in the rain 500 yards trying each key one at a time, and then running back to try the next key. The balloons each contained 20 keys tied to them, and finally 2 of them fit.
The other Mazda 3 went to O'Neal, who shouted "Sunshine this is for you, this is YOUR car!" She came running to the car, with a big hug as he told her to get in her NEW car. She commented that "I love my dad 10 times more, and could not wish for anything more."
Even though Andrea was voted off at elimination against Sam, with her 1.33% total percentage loss, she still beat out Sam who had a zero percent loss.
She was more then happy to be driving home with a total loss of 76 lbs and showing off her new car to go with her new life of teaching spinning classes. "No more hiding, I can just be ME."
Sam the "motivator" has won the house over, and clearly is not as big of a threat to the house with pulling smaller numbers each week. In 13 weeks he has lost a total of 120 lbs and holding at 252 lbs so this zero may not have been as big of a shock as in the past.
Victoria lost 5 lbs this week and made a break through with Jillian doing 30 sprints with the treadmill. She felt she was not worth being the best, or for good things in general however Jillian let her know she IS beautiful AND capable.
Michael had a great week with a 9 lb loss and running 5 miles. Bob said "Its all about finding your limits and pushing past them to bigger goals."
With Michael at 363 lbs now, he made this powerful statement: "I'm making magnificent change, I'm really happy getting back my life." Losing a total of 163 lb since being on the ranch.
Sunshine had lots of tears staying below the yellow line until the last minute where she was pushed back up, had her weight in losing 3 lb, while O'Neal had 5 lb, Koli 6 lbs and Ashley 6 lbs.
Top 3 percentage weight lost this week: Daris at 3.00% followed by Michael's 2.42% and Ashley at 2.27% leaving the top 8 contestants going for the half million dollars, and 2 contestants going home with new cars "Zoom, Zoom".

Good for her for turning her life around by embracing regular exercise and a more wholesome diet! A new car is nice, but good health is priceless.
