Danny Cahill, winner of the eighth season of the Biggest Loser, will undergo plastic surgery to remove the excess skin left on his body following his astonishing 239-pound weight loss.

15-20 LBS. OF SKIN

Cahill, 40, will have 15 to 20 pounds of excess skin removed for free by Dr. Drew Ordon, a reconstructive surgeon who co-hosts the CBS daytime tv show, The Doctors.

Danny appears on The Doctors Feb. 5, where Ordon describes what he plans to do during the skin-removal procedure.

CAHILL WILL ALSO GET A BREAST TUCK

Armed with a marker, Ordon demonstrated how he would tighten up Cahill's loose skin: by cutting out a triangle-shaped area of skin between his pubic bone and his belly button, and a breast lift to "tuck" the extra fat in. Biggest_Loser_winner_Danny_Cahill_before_after_weight_loss_photo

"We can do your tummy and your breasts at the same time," says Ordon.

The 5'11" Cahill weighed 430 lbs. when he began the Biggest Loser in the fall of 2009, and dropped to an amazing 191 pounds during December's finale.

His 239-pound weight loss (and 55.58% weight-loss percentage) earned him the season's $250,000 grand prize and set an all-time show weight-loss record.

Meanwhile, Danny--who has battled weight problems all his life--is ecstatic with his newly trim physique.

"I'm in a daze; I'm numb," he gushes. "I feel like a million bucks."

Why in the heck is he getting it done for free? He just won a ton of money. Maybe some of the contestants who didn't win a lot of money could stand to have their excess skin removed for free. What a crock - if he wants his man-boobs removed, let him pay for the surgery.

The doctor from that tv show wants publicity, so he offered to do the surgery for free. I don't think Danny asked for it to be done at no cost. This way, the doctor gets his PR and Cahill gets his man boobs removed.
