The Biggest Loser 2010 season premiere cast a spotlight on some of the heaviest cast members ever and trainer Jillian Michaels is worried about contestant safety.

According to a recent interview in Ladies Home Journal, Michaels said she had "no say" in what contestants were picked for Biggest Loser 2010 or how heavy they are. Read more here...

The 2010 season premiere features cast member Michael Ventrella, weighing in at 526 pounds and is the heaviest contestant in Biggest Loser history.

The new season premiere also brings in identical twins, a cancer survivor and a set of Tongan cousins - All vying for the grand prize of $250,000. The Biggest Loser season premiere kicks off at 8PM on NBC.
