Bigfoot Spotted Near Cliff Dwellings part 2

See also

In part one of this series a discussion of hibernation of the Bigfoot was presented, and the proposal the Bigfoot uses caves to wait out the more bitter part of the winter. A bush pilot reported seeing large men dressed all in fury black suits in and around some cliff dwellings in 1977.

The cliff dwellings are described as being in excellent condition with the walls and roofs still intact. The structure contains several rooms, and is nestled in a large cave which provides excellent shelter to the buildings. The cliff dwellings are only accessible during the summer months, and the journey requires a very strong four wheel drive vehicle to access the area. Then it is a very steep climb up through the canyon to the cliff dwelling location.

During the winter, the snow makes the canyon almost impassable. When the spring thaw begins, the creeks flood to capacity, and no vehicles can ford the rushing water. I know because I sunk my ¾ ton Ford pickup truck while crossing one of the creeks. I was stuck for almost a day when I lucked out. A jeep came up the road, and offered to pull me out of the creek with his winch. Fall season is perhaps the most dangerous because of the flash-flooding of the creeks. They may be dry one moment, and the next could have a wall of water screaming down the wash.

This area could be accessed on foot from both downstream and the canyon head but this would require backpacking for several days. The cliff dwellings would make a perfect fortress area because the access is very visible from the dwellings and would give plenty of time for any inhabitants to escape unnoticed.

The report of the big men in black struck me as being very suspicious and needs further investigation. Yes it is possible these "large people" were actually illegal pot growers, but no pot fields were reported by the pilot in subsequent flying recon missions. The curious part of this report is the location of the cliff dwellings. They are only a few miles away from the "Hot Zone" in which I have been conducting my Bigfoot Research for the last six years. In fact, the canyon can be seen from several areas within the Hot Zone.

Several questions arise. Are the men in black Bigfoot? Are they wintering in the cliff dwellings? One thing for sure is it needs to be investigated.
