The 2014 Big Ten Tournament live stream and TV schedule continues today as the Final Four teams battle for a chance to advance to tomorrow's championship game. After Michigan takes on Ohio State, the night cap will feature the Wisconsin Badgers taking on the Michigan State Spartans. Along with the Spartans-Badgers game, several other key NCAA live streaming action is taking place today and tomorrow that will determine the upcoming March Madness bracket seeds.
According to a Sportsline report on March 15, Michigan State has had great success the past decade not only in Big Ten play, but the NCAA Tournament. However one team they seemingly struggle with year in and year out is the Wisconsin Badgers.
Michigan State has won 8 of the last 11 overall meetings vs. Wisconsin, however the Badgers are 14-11 against the Spartans since head coach Bo Ryan took over in 2001-02. Ryan has been a thorn in Tom Izzo's side since taking charge of the Badgers as Wisconsin has been the only Big Ten team that is above .500 against Izzo.
That says a lot.
The Badgers can advance to a second straight Big Ten Tournament title game if they can defeat the Spartans today and take care of some unfinished business from last year. Wisconsin fell to Ohio State in last season's Big Ten final.
Las Vegas odds makers have this game at a pick'em, with the over under number set at 137.
If both teams play to their potential, this game will be an all out battle to the very end! This is a tough one to call, but I give the slight edge to Izzo and MSU.
Pick: Michigan State
Fans can catch all of the televised action live on CBS nationally and streaming live on CBS Sports starting at 4:05 p.m. EST.
