Who knew?
It looks like today's new is G.O.O.D. and filled with Glee.
After a mere six months of dating, Glee starlet Naya Rivera has decided to jump the broom with G.O.O.D. Music superstar Big Sean. The announcement came from JustJared.com and was confirmed by Rivera's rep to E! News.
Sean, whose last name is Anderson, has repeatedly gushed about Rivera in song and various interviews. Here's a taste of a comment to E!:
"Every morning I wake up, I look over at her and be like, 'I'm winning so hard.'"
The happy couple first stepped out in April at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles, after months of speculation that the two were romantically involved.
Rivera showed off the ring at Latina magazine's Hollywood Hot-List Party on October 3.
Sean signed with G.O.O.D. Music in 2007 and released his debut album, Finally Famous, in 2011 through Def Jam Recordings after a plethora of mixtapes. His second album, Hall of Fame, found its way into stores in August 27, with songs containing references to Rivera. G.O.O.D. was founded by former Roc-A-Fella MC and producer Kanye West.
Rivera's claim to fame, the Fox television series Glee, was co-created by Ryan Murphy, who was responsible for Fox's Nip/Tuck, and debut on May 19, 2009 to rave reviews. Prior to this, she appeared in such shows and films as The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Family Matters, Live Shot, Baywatch, Smart Guy, The Jersey, House Blend, Even Stevens and The Master of Disguise and a few music videos.
Big Sean and his soon-to-be wife's summer was far from cruel - in fact it was gleeful.
Columbia, SC, throw your L's up for the happy couple.
Welcome to the Glee club, Sean.
'Nuff said.
