The first months of 2012 are looking very promising in shaping an entertaining year at the KFC Yum! Center. Just this month, three world-famous acts have announced a tour stop in Possibility City. This triple-threat of acts have had more than a combined 200 million albums sold worldwide, and deliver a myriad of genres for all music fans.
Van Halen with Kool and the Gang:These classic rock icons need no introduction. Van Halen will kick-off their 2012 Tour in Louisville at the KFC Yum! Center with original front man, David Lee Roth. Van Halen’s place in music history has been solidified through trials, tribulations and generations. Louisville and the KFC Yum! Center look forward to welcoming this epic show and wishing the rock-idols bon voyage on their North American tour.
Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band:Fans can step into the KFC Yum! Center arena and take their seat in “Margaritaville” to rock steady with the easy island sounds of Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band. Whether you belong to Buffett’s loyal legion of “Parrotheads” or are just looking to catch some Caribbean vibes, you won’t want to miss Jimmy Buffett March 3.
Nickelback with Bush, Seether and My Darkest Days:Nickelback has claimed their spot in music history with nearly 45 million albums sold. Since their 2001 breakthrough hit song “How You Remind Me,” the alternative rock band has had more than 20 singles on the “Billboard Top 100” charts. Popular rock groups Bush, Seether and My Darkest Days will be joining Nickelback on tour.
