The Big Gay Super Bowl Party is back, and it is rumored to be bigger and gayer than ever. If you would rather sip a classy cocktail than chug cheap beer in your “bro’s” basement, strut on over to Uptown Cafeteria and Support Group (located in Calhoun Square) on Sunday, February 5th for their 2nd annual Big Gay Super Bowl Party.
So what exactly does a Big Gay Super Bowl Party entail? Dueling drag queens, a silent auction with proceeds benefiting The Aliveness Project, a fudgesicle eating contest, and dance party featuring a DJ spinning music after the game! Sounds like a gay old time to me!
So, what team should you root for during the Super Bowl? Who cares! Free jello shots will be given away each time a touchdown is made. And an all-day Happy Hour will keep the drinks flowing without drying up your funds.
