Big Fresno Fair offers education, band programs

The Big Fresno Fair, in conjunction with the Fresno County Office of Education, is planning its 21st Fair Education Program. Over the past 20 years, more than 400,000 local students and their teachers have been educated about the agriculturally rich Valley through the Fair Education Program.

This program allows kindergarten through eighth grade students to visit the Fair free of charge in an educational setting.

Dates for this year’s program are October 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11. If you would like your class to be a part of the 2013 Fair Education Program, register online by clicking here.

In related news, the Big Fresno Fair is also accepting applications for the third annual Big Band Review. The 2013 Big Fresno Fair Big Band Review will be held on Wednesday, October 2.
