Chef Cristiano Bassani, owner of Bapi Ristorante in Arlington Heights, has opened Big Chef Burgers in Schaumburg, Ill. The full-service restaurant features affordable fresh gourmet burgers, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, homemade gelato malts and milkshakes, artisan salads and desserts. Full bar service and private dining also are available.
