2012 is already bringing big changes for our favorite tequila guy, Lippy Th’ Lipp, and to the schedule and format of the Tequila Whisperer Show. After steadily forging a path through brand after brand each week, he is re-scheduling the show to run on a monthly schedule. Starting March 1, 2012 the show will air live on the first Thursday of every month. The content of these shows will generally be the same as you’ve grown accustomed to, but there will likely be more “themes” presented as opposed to a single brand per show.
The Tequila Whisperer will also be using this time between shows to upgrade some of the technical capabilities to include some features he’s been dying to implement since his first “napkin sketch ideas” for the show (get ready for some REAL webcam interaction, people). He’ll also be looking at opportunities to take the show on the road, as venues (bars, restaurants, conventions, expos) have been pleading with him to do since he started. This will entail an entire electronic overhaul which several sponsors are very excited to get everyone into the world at large!
However, until the big changes take place the Tequila Whisper is on hiatus. No new shows until March 1st. When he returns you better believe he'll be "new and improved" tequila sippin' and whispererin' like no body's business. Will there be classic tunes and air guitar? We can only hope. The end of an era has come but a new beginning is on the horizon.
