Last night on Big Brother, the house voted to send Casey home to momma. This was not an unexpected decision as Jordan is very well liked throughout the house and Casey has been someone bothersome to several house guests.
Casey did make a few good plays at people to swing them to his side, in fact earning a vote from Russell to keep him in the house. When it was all said and done, though, The banana man was sent home.
The big announcement that Julie had for the house tonight was that it was Big Brother graduation night! The high school cliques that the house had been put into have been dissolved and house guests are no longer able to be protected because someone from their clique team is HoH. This is a very welcome change to the game this year for the audiance as the house has been dominated by the athletes team and from indications on the CBS website, America isn't in love with the athletes!
Another big announcement that Julie told the house is the addition of a mystery power that one house guest which America votes for will be awarded with. This power which the house guests do not know is the coup d'etat which Boogie was awarded on Big Brother all-stars. With this power, the lucky house guest can override the hoh's nomination before a live vote replacing them with nominees of their own choosing. An awesome power, one which Boogie chose not to use when he had it! This year though, with the likely winners of this power being Jeff or Jordan, things will probably go differently and will get shaken up for real.
The hoh competition last night did not conclude as its an endurance competition where the house guests are on a carousel type swing set up which spins in circles, rains on them, and has a big foam diploma which whips out and knocks them around. It will be interesting to see who will hold on the longest!
