Last season of “Big Brother” was as controversial as they come. Fans weren't even sure CBS would renew the show after the antics that occurred during Season 15. After a long wait, “Big Brother” Season 16 will begin airing in a little over a month. The casting videos have been reviewed and the participants should be notified shortly. According to a May 23 report from Celebrity Dirty Laundry, it looks like Season 16 of “Big Brother” is going to be a veteran/newbie mix. Whether or not it will be played as teams has not been mentioned.

“Big Brother” fans are loyal viewers, even if their show isn't what they expect over and over again. Rumors began circulating that Season 16 could be an all-star cast or a relatives version. Currently neither option has been confirmed or denied, but it appears that Rachel Reilly and Elissa Slater may be taking part in this season. The relatives version is plausible for sure, but how will the teams play out?

Various reports are suggesting that the new contestants will be called to the diary room and asked to draw from a hat to choose their partners. It is supposed to look like an exclusive deal, with an extra reward at the end. Rachel Reilly has become a staple for “Big Brother” and not only won Season 13, but has made several appearances back since her original stint on the show.
