“Big Brother 15” will begin two weeks earlier than past seasons of the popular CBS reality show hosted by Julie Chen, Big Brother Network reported on Jan. 12. “Big Brother 15” will premiere on CBS Wednesday, June 26 at 9:00 p.m. ET.
There is still time to apply to be a houseguest in the "Big Brother" house for season 15. Apply online up until May 11, 2013 at midnight PST.
CBS says, “Big Brother will have a longer edition this summer, premiering two weeks earlier.” Fans may or may not actually get two extra weeks, as the schedule could depend on how many houseguests meltdown and quit, Willie Hantz-style this season.
According to Big Brother Network, CBS has announced that “Big Brother” season 15 will shift the nights on which it airs. For the 2013 summer season fans will be able to watch “Big Brother” on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET, Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m. ET and Wednesdays at 9:00 p.m. ET. In past seasons “Big Brother has aired on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The season premiere of “Big Brother” season 15 will be pre-recorded and air on Wednesday, June 26, and then fans will get a Sunday, June 30 and Tuesday, July 2 episode before the first live eviction on Wednesday, July 3.
Beginning with the “Big Brother” season 15 episode that airs on July 17 will move to 8:00 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. on Wednesdays for the rest of the BB15 season.
