'Big Brother' Season 15 gets an early start

Okay, “Big Brother" fans- there’s good news. CBS released the summer 2013 plans early this year. Two big changes are coming to the voyeuristic household this season. “Big Brother’s” Season 15 include an earlier premiere and a regular airing schedule change which can mean more surprises for our favorite houseguests.

“Big Brother 15” premieres Wednesday, June 26 at 9 p.m. on CBS. “Big Brother” will air two weeks earlier than the usual summer season schedule. Earlier scheduling can mean twists in the program that take more time than usual.

Avid fans may notice the Season 15 premiere of “Big Brother” is on a Wednesday night instead of the normal schedule.

“Big Brother” will air on Sundays at 8 p.m. as it normally does and will appear again on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. as it has in the past. Live eviction shows will air on Wednesdays, commencing on July 3. The first three episodes of “Big Brother 15” will fall on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. until July 17, when they will begin to air at 8 p.m. Whew!

Season 9 had the same type of format. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays were scheduled and the show aired during the spring.
