'Big Brother 16': Will Donny Thompson be evicted this week?

Season 16 of “Big Brother” has been up and down. There haven't been many big moves made, and Derrick has controlled the entire house since day one. When Donny escaped eviction last week, it was inevitable that he would be the target again this week. Derrick and Frankie are the “Heads of Household.” According to an August 15 tweet from Big Brother Leak, Derrick nominated Christine and Donny while Frankie nominated Caleb and Cody. The plan is for Christine to throw the “Battle of the Block,” leaving Derrick the reigning “Head of Household.”

Fans are disappointed in how the houseguests are treating Donny now that only a handful of them are left. “Big Brother” is all about strategy, and it looks like everyone decided Derrick was the leader early on. Donny has been known to win when it counts, so packing his bags now would be a mistake. Even if Christine does manage to throw the “Battle of the Block,” Donny will still have a chance to win the “Power of Veto.” If for some reason the nominations do change, Frankie is going to be headed home this week.

The Twitter feed for “BBDonny” has been filled with comments about the conversation he had with Zach last night. One fan made a collage of photos with photos of Donny crying, and it was heartbreaking. If anyone has played “Big Brother” honestly, it has been Donny. It appears that Donny may be winning the “America's Favorite” prize this year.

This week of “Big Brother” is going to be intense. If Christine manages to throw the “Battle of the Block,” Donny can still save himself. Fans have mixed feeling about Frankie being the second target. Derrick ensured his safety this week, but if Frankie goes out the door, he may not be far behind him. An evicted houseguest will return, and things will definitely be switched up.
