“Big Brother” is one of the most talked about events of the summer. With Season 16 just beginning, fans everywhere are tuning in religiously and watching the live feeds. Last night Joey was the first house guest evicted. While it was disappointing, it wasn't the worst outcome. As week two in the house begins, it looks like several of the alliances are falling apart and new ones are blossoming. According to a July 4 report from WetPaint, Devin is the “Head of Household” and the nominees are Brittany and Paola. What does this mean heading into the live eviction?
While Devin may have been an early “Big Brother” favorite for some fans, it appears that is no longer the case. He ensured his safety this week by convincing Paola to throw the “Battle of the Block” competition. Devin offered Paola two weeks of safety in the house if she allowed him to win “HOH.” Amber was the other “HOH” winner and her nominations were Hayden and Nicole, who subsequently won the “Battle of the Block” competition and remain safe for the week as long as the nominations are not affected by the “Power of Veto” competition.
The “POV” competition is the only thing left to play this week before the live “Big Brother” eviction next Thursday. Most of the house guests are praying the nominations stay the same. While Brittany looks like the target to some, Paola may be sent packing. According to a tweet post by Big Brother Leak, Zach and Donny are considering keeping Brittany and voting out Paola. This could shake up the house and make everyone question everything.
Right now there is no telling who will end up out the door in week two of “Big Brother.” If Devin gets his way Brittany will be gone, but it looks like Brittany may have allies in some of the other house guests. Paola is shaping up to be the go-to pawn, reminiscent of Spencer last season. Will the house flip this week, or will Brittany be the one sent home?
