Two sets of “Big Brother” season 16 houseguests nominated for eviction fought it out on July 25, 2014, to determine who would remain on the eviction block and who would be safe for the time being. In addition, the two current Head of Household title holders, Frankie and Zach, found out who would hold on to the HOH crown for the week and who would be dethroned.
According to already revealed spoilers, Big Brother Network reports that Frankie nominated Jocasta and Victoria, while Zach nominated Christine and Nicole. Several of the nominated house guests were apparently very upset about what went down at the nomination ceremony, which Zach had promised would be memorable.
Although Christine seemed to take the nomination well, according to Big Brother Network, both Nicole and Victoria were seen on live feeds from inside the “Big Brother” 16 house crying after they discovered they had been nominated for eviction. Victoria was especially upset with Frankie because this was not the first time he has chosen her to sit on the block.
Joker’s Updates notes that Victoria was also crying and upset because Frankie nominated her for eviction again. He attempted to reassure her that she will not be going anywhere because she has the votes to stay. The live feeds also indicate that Frankie told Victoria that if he wins the Power of Veto, he will use it on her.
According to Big Brother Network, Christine and Nicole were victorious in the Battle of the Block competition, which means Zach was dethroned. This further means that Jocasta and Victoria remain at risk for eviction and Frankie is the reigning week 5 HOH.
All is not lost, however, for Victoria and Jocasta, as the Power of Veto competition takes place on Saturday and depending on who wins, either one of them could end up safe. Also, according to Joker’s, Frankie told Victoria that if he wins the POV, he will use it to save her.
