"Big Brother 16" spoilers from Week 4 now include the Head of Household nominations. Many new "Big Brother 16" spoilers have come in since the Thursday episode (July 17), where CBS viewers were left wondering which pair actually won the HOH competition. Now they have already picked their nominees and are preparing to play the latest Battle of the Block competition. As revealed by Big Brother Network on Friday (July 18), it was Cody and Frankie that ended up winning the HOH competition.

At the latest nomination ceremony on Friday, Cody nominated Brittany and Victoria, while Frankie nominated Amber and Jocasta. It seems like the women are in real trouble when it comes to the alliances left in the house and that maybe they should have worked harder to form that all-girl alliance that never got off the ground back in Week 1. It seems very clear that Joey knew exactly what she was talking about when she stated that the stronger guys were going to pick off the ladies one by one.

Derrick (last week's HOH) is pushing for Brittany to be the target for the week. It seems most of the other guys working with him would be fine with either her or Jocasta going home. So they are definitely targeting the ladies again and it seems like no matter what the outcome of the Battle of the Block ends up being, one target will still remain as a nominee. Even if the target wins the Veto competition, it seems very clear that the lady nominated beside her will go home instead.

These latest "Big Brother 16" spoilers will certainly frustrate any fans of the show rooting for one of the ladies to win this season. This could be the third one to go home in the first four weeks of the 2014 season and that will make it tougher for them to remain in the game as the days tick off the calendar. The next new episode of the show will air on Sunday night (July 20) and show how the HOH competition turned out as well as what made the HOH winners target the ladies again.
