Will "Big Brother 15" houseguest Amanda Zuckerman be kicked off the CBS reality show?
A petition written by "BB15" fan Robin Ellis Humphrey on Aug. 27, 2013 currently has more than 15,400 signatures on Change.org.
Humphrey is asking CBS to remove Zuckerman from the show because she is a "horrible bully" who "threatened to kill [houseguest] Elissa in her sleep." (read full petition below)
Fans who have been watching the "Big Brother" live feeds have seen houseguest Elissa Slater bullied by Zuckerman and they are hoping CBS will take action.
The following is the petition Robin Ellis Humphrey's wrote on Change.org on August 26:
"Amanda Zuckerman is on the reality show Big Brother. She is a horrible bully. She threatened to kill Elissa in her sleep. She spent hours today following her around the house harassing her. Horrible bullying behavior and many of us are sick to death of watching it go on and we want something done NOW! We have watched Aaryn, GM and Kaitlin earlier in the season do/say horrible things and nothing was done. And now we are sick of it all. I for one will NOT be watching or ever paying for live feeds again if this is the type of behavior you are promoting. It is disgusting. And it breaks my heart that you all are doing nothing about it. Elissa has been locked in her HOH room all day because of this. This is WRONG! And I would hope this is not the type of behavior you wish to promote. This petition was started because there are a lot of us out here in TV land that feel something needs to be done. So now the ball is in your court. But you should listen to your viewers....because if you don't...you could be having some serious ratings issues in the weeks to come."
In addition to the thousands of fans who have already signed the petition, fan Leigh Recycler responded with more information about Zuckerman that adds to the many reasons fans want her out of the "BB15" house.
Leigh states that Zuckerman "has consistently threatened bodily harm to other contestants, bullied people, engaged in heinous racial slurs, speaks about slitting a contestant's throat and raping their dead body (Jessie), stole then broke personal property of a fellow contestant (Elissa's bracelet and Elissa's sign with her name on it from a POV competion)."
Will these petitions be enough to make CBS remove Zuckerman from the show? That is not clear as CBS has not responded to the petition.
Perhaps the ratings are just too good for them to remove contestants who cause fans to be outraged.
