Amanda Zuckerman of “Big Brother 15” seemed anxious to speak out about the controversy surrounding her time on the show, and did so with Big Brother Gossip just days after the season finale aired.
On Sept. 23, 2013, according to BB Gossip, the interview with Amanda had gotten around 1.5 million downloads and counting, making it their most popular show to date.
In a recorded message released on Spreaker, BB Gossip indicates a good week of downloads is typically a few hundred thousand, which indicates Amanda’s interview garnered an unprecedented amount of interest, likely by both fans and haters alike.
In the almost two and a half hour interview, recorded on Sept. 21, Amanda spoke at length about fellow "Big Brother 15" house guest Elissa Slater and their issues; discussed cast mate Howard Overby, saying he was attracted to her and was jealous of her showmance with pizza boy McCrae Olson; discussed her dislike for contestant Jessie Kowalski; talked about other house guests Helen Kim and GinaMarie Zimmerman; and dished about fights that took place among the “Big Brother 15” jury members.
Amanda was obviously pumped about the interview, as she took to her Twitter page and wrote, “Bed time. If you haven’t listened, you should. My interview has gotten almost 1.7 million downloads in 24 hours…”
The Amanda episode was so popular, it pushed BB Gossip to No. 4 on iTunes in the television and film category, according to the website.
