“Big Brother 15’s” Aaryn Gries responded on Sept. 25, 2013, to tweets from “Big Brother Canada’s” Liza Stinton posted two days earlier, which called Aaryn a terrible person and alleged she made a fellow “Big Brother” alum cry in Las Vegas.
A curious Twitter user asked Aaryn who she made cry, and in response, she wrote, “…@LizaStinton is known for stirring s*** for attention. I had a tift [sic] with Jesse.. What’s new?” presumably referring to an argument with fellow house guest, Jessie Kowalski.
Following Aaryn’s post, Liza tweeted, “@aaryneliza… Untrue. Stating the facts.”
One Twitter user posted a message in support of Aaryn writing, “…@LizaStinton some of u are so ignorant! Grow up… shes apologized and has owned up to her s*** let it go!!!”
Liza wrote back with, “No she did not. Her behaviour in Vegas toward other people was disgraceful. People don’t change overnight.”
She then added, “…I don’t like to @start s***. I just tell the truth, and some people don’t appreciate that” and “I haven’t ‘made up’ a single thing ever.”
Liza continued writing that she is not jealous of Aaryn, as people have suggested, and asked, “…Since when is it wrong to tell the truth about someone’s disposable character? If I offend you, unfollow me… I saw the whole thing. Why else would I have such a strong opinion about it?”
Prior to this exchange, Aaryn did acknowledge the racist and homophobic comments she made while in the “Big Brother 15” house, which brought major public criticism and caused her to be dropped by her modeling agency, by writing, “…no doubt I deserve the hate. I said some horrible things and I am sorry for my ignorance and insensitivity.”
