It's 11:30pm EST Ragan has just rehearsed for an hour what he wants to say to Lane to try to save himself from eviction on Thursday. He sees Lane and asks him if they can talk. Ragan and Lane go outside and sit on the couch.
Ragan apologizes to Lane in advance for anything that he says that may be offensive. He says that he talks straight and up front. Lane says that is OK and that's the reason he likes Ragan.
Lane says, "In a friendship way."
Ragan jokes, "In a gay way."
Ragan gets down to business giving Lane all the possibilities he rehearsed earlier.
Ragan tells Lane that he is going to ask him the oddest question he has ever heard in the game. Lane awaits the question.
Ragan says, "Are you here to win ½ million dollars or are you here to give away ½ million dollars?"
Lane says that he is here to win the money.
Ragan goes through all the possible scenarios for Lane's game if he made the final two.
Ragan says, "If you're up against either of those boys, you're going to lose. Enzo is going to win. He has no blood on his hands, he's played hands down … he has played the best social game."
Ragan continues, "If it's against Hayden, I've done the math. Brendon, Rachel, Kathy and Enzo will vote for Hayden. You will only get Matt's vote."
Ragan says, "Now let's flip it… If you were against Britney, Britney would get all the votes, except for Matt."
Lastly, Ragan says that if Lane was up him, he would get all the votes except for Matt's.
Lane listens intently to everything that Ragan has to say. He is very kind, actually.
