Big Brother 11: Laura goes bye bye

Last night on Big Brother, the house guests voted to evict Laura from the big brother house.  All in all, it was a fairly unexciting vote with one notable exception, Natalie, voting for Jordan rather then Laura.

For some unknown reason, last season a new phenomena began occurring in which the whole house votes as a single block.  This is one of the lamest maneuvers in the house which seeks to disguise everyones feelings and true desires.  This being such an early eviction and someone who really was the person most wanted to evict of the two choices, its somewhat understandable.  Kudos go to Natalie for voting off the norm.  It gives the house something to fret about and already on the live feeds they've been a fretting.

One nugget of excitement was the throw down that Laura made with Ronnie.  She figured out that she was going home this week so made it her priority to expose Ronnie for what he was and called together the whole house and basically had a BB Throwdown with herself, Russell, Ronnie all yelling at each other with other house guests throwing in their 2 cents.  Ronnie promptly ran to the HoH room where he barricaded himself inside the room untill Big Brother forced him out.  This self imposed jail term came primarily about due to Russell the LoveMuscle relentlessly dogging Ronnie with verbal assaults.  Truly some great Big Brother action.  Julie brought up to Ronnie in his HoH interview that he broke the record for the HoH who stayed inside his room the longest throughout the week.  Funny stuff.

After the eviction of course the HoH competition went off.  The competition was a simple one of trying to roll a ball off a small see saw lever and flip it up and fly it into a target of big drywall buckets.   The buckets closer to the center were worth more points.  After it was all said and done Jeff and Jesse were tied with a ball in the 6 ring of buckets.  Jesse managed to score a second six on the shootout while Jeff dropped his score out of the running.  Jesse is the HoH again for week 3 in the big brother house.
