Simon Helberg known for his role of Howard on the CBS hit show, "The Big Bang Theory," is going to be on TCM. He is the guest programmer for the month of November. This event is going to be airing on Nov. 12.
Helberg's movie picks that will be airing are:
- "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" (1964)
- "The Party (1968)
- "Brief Encounter (1945)
- Modern Romance (1981)
His film picks will start airing at 7 pm central time. The first of them that will be airing is "The Party," a Peter Sellers film about an Indian star who ruins a Hollywood party. The last film to air is, "Modern Romance," a comedy that was directed by Albert Brooks. Brooks also starred in the film.
The three out of four are comedies, the one that isn't is "Brief Encounter." Directed by the great David Lean and based off of Noel Coward's play, can't go wrong with this pick.
So "Big Bang Theory," fans and classic films fans will not want to miss watching this month's guest programmer. Remember this starts at 7 pm on Nov. 12.
