'Big Bang Theory' record: Ratings hit highest episode ever (Video)

"The Big Bang Theory" broke two records with its latest episode. On Jan. 4, The Hollywood Reporter said that the latest episode hit an all time high. Did you watch the newest episode?

This episode had 19.25 million viewers which is an all time high. It also had the most viewers in age 18-49 ever for the show. This could have a bit to do with the fact that nothing else new was on like usual. Other shows like "The Vampire Diaries" on the CW have not returned yet with new episodes for 2013.

Ratings have been high for "The Big Bang Theory" every episode though so that is not the only reason it did well. ABC and NBC did both air a repeat of their shows that night as well. Fans just love Sheldon, Leonard, and Penny. It sounds like this show won't be going anywhere anytime soon.
