Bieber sued by bodyguard: He claims Justin beat him up (Video)

Justin Bieber is being sued by his former bodyguard, Moshe Benabou. The lawsuit alleges that the teenage idol beat him up after they had a disagreement. However, this may be a hard case for Benabou to prove because it's hard to believe due to the fact that Bieber is much smaller than the former Israeli army member. On Jan. 10, TMZ reported that Benabou said he was the pop star's bodyguard from March 2011 to Oct. 2012.

Benabou claims the disagreement between him and Bieber was because of different views on how to deal with a member of Bieber's entourage. During the feud, Benabou said that Bieber delivered several blows to his chest.

However, Bieber's representatives told TMZ that Benabou is just a

"disgruntled employee looking for money."

Benabou is suing for unspecified damages due to assault and battery on him, in additon to $421,261 in unpaid overtime, vacation and other wage benefits. Benabou's attorney, Ilan Heimanson told media sources,

"For nearly two years Mr. Benabou devoted himself completely to ensuring Mr. Bieber's personal safety. Mr. Benabou deserved, as does any employee, to be treated with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, he was not. "
