Justin Bieber is firing back at the Black Keys band member, Patrick Carney, after the drummer went on record saying that Justin didn’t need a Grammy Award because he was so rich, TMZ reported on Feb. 12.
After being asked about Bieber’s Grammy snub, Carney replied, "He's rich, right? Grammys are for music, not for money, and he's making a lot of money."
Justin Bieber wasn’t too happy about Patrick Carney’s comments, and took to his Twitter account to vent. “The Black Keys drummer should be slapped around,” he wrote.
Is there a new musical feud brewing? Although everyone has an opinion about what makes for good music, it may have been unprofessional of Patrick to slam Justin in the media. Despite, the difference in their musical styles, both have big fan bases, and should respect all the members of the musical community.
