Justin Bieber has canceled his Mar. 12 concert in Portugal. The singer, who will play for Portuguese fans on Mar. 11, has canceled the second leg of his back-to-back performances in the country due to “unforeseen circumstances,” E! Online reported on Mar. 10.
According to the report, Bieber’s canceled concert ticket holders will receive a full refund, but won’t be seeing Justin on stage anytime soon.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second operation, in Portugal, on 12 March," the concert promoter posted on their website.
