Justin Bieber was arrested early Thursday morning for allegedly drag racing and DUI while in Miami Beach, culminating what has been a wild week of partying, USA Today reported on Jan. 23.

Bieber was arrested while allegedly driving under the influence and drag racing in a rented Lamborghini. After Bieber was arrested, he was taken to the police department, where his blood alcohol level was reportedly being tested.

The DUI and drag racing allegations aren’t the only trouble Bieber finds himself in. Bieber is also being investigated by the Opa-locka Police Department on allegations of an unauthorized police escort of Bieber.

Bieber was arrested just after 4 a.m.on Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street, Miami Beach police said, according to Fox News.

Even before Justin Bieber was arrested, the troubled young pop star was causing a stir around the Miami Beach area.

Bieber reportedly shelled out $75,000 during an hour stint an area strip club, the Huffington Post said.

Bieber’s troubles trailed him to Miami. Bieber, 19, is still under investigation for his alleged role in a felony egging incident at his neighbor’s home in Los Angeles.

Bieber was arrested after he had left a Miami Beach club and was stopped in a residential neighborhood, according to TMZ. It said Bieber had a passenger in the rented yellow Lamborghini, a model whose identity isn’t yet known. The person who Bieber was drag racing also apparently was arrested. NBC-6 said Bieber was arrested after he failed a sobriety test at the scene.

Bieber’s Twitter account most recently shows pictures of him at an area skatepark.
