I can assure you that every pre-teen girl from New Haven to Norwalk will be out in full force and fan regalia to see "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" movie in 3D on February 11, 2011. I'll admit, as a mom of a girl of this age, I'll be on the front lines.
The documentary shows Bieber as a little boy, how he was discovered, his work with Usher and his rise to the top. Besides squealing over cute Justin Bieber baby pictures and screaming every time Bieber breaks out into song, the girls have one more thing to react to: the whole movie is in 3D. The epic Bieber film (yes there's a hint sarcasm in there) will be released on Thursday, February 11, 2011.
Will the 3D Justin Bieber movie draw more fans than the "Jonas Brothers 3-D Concert Movie"? Absolutely. In fact, although they were recently 'rocking' on "Jonas L.A., these guys have gotten too old for this age group. The Jonas Brothers were in Hartford this summer for a charity baseball game for the Connecticut Children's Medical Center's new (and much needed) oncology clinic. Although the Jonas Brothers game was free to the masses (donations welcomed) they only earned about $4000 for the hospital. I'm not sure on how many fans actually showed up, but the stadium wasn't full.
Now if that had been Bieber, more girls would have shown up. They'd have Bieber fever. This is why I expect there to be a huge turnout for the 3D Bieber movie. If you're a Bieber fan or a mom or dad of one, post belew and let us know if you'll be seeing the Bieber 3D movie.
