Bicycle advocate's, enthusiasts and bicycle-related government transportation official from across Indiana are expected to attend Bicycle Indiana's statewide bicycle summit, titled "spIN 2013" (Start Pedaling INdiana) March 14-16 in Indianapolis.
The three day conference will highlight recent revisions to the Americana Association of State Highway and Transportation Official (AASHTO) Guide for the Development of Bicycle Facilities during a full afternoon workshop on Friday.
