'Beyond: Two Souls' sold over 1 million copies in 2013

Quantic Dream has announced that their latest title, Beyond: Two Souls, sold over 1 million copies last year. The game hit shelves on October 8, 2013 in North America and varying dates in October around the world.

While the game is full of top actor presence in the characters, with Ellen Page, Willem Dafoe, Kadeem Hardison, and Eric Winter, the game is rich in attitude and emotion. The team came together to create another title that will consume the player as Quantic Dream is in a league of their own.

With the success of Heavy Rain, which allowed Sony to earn more than €100 million, David Cage, Quantic Dream's founder attributed the difference of the completion rate of this title, being 75%, to the 25% average of other titles, to the level of emotional engagement the game provides.

The fact that the game offered up varying storylines, based on the player's decision, was definitely a large part of this and Beyond: Two Souls makes no exception. Quantic Dreams takes us on yet another interactive drama venture that proves its success through the sales it has generated in just a few short months and has expressed their many thanks to its players, as seen HERE.

Beyond: Two Souls can be picked up for the PlayStation 3.
